For over 65 years, the GTCC Foundation has supported the college, ensuring access to higher education and job training for thousands of people in our community. By providing scholarships to ambitious students and emergency assistance to those facing unexpected challenges, the Foundation makes dreams of achievement and success a reality.
But our impact doesn’t end there. Through funding innovative resources for faculty, we elevate the quality of instruction across our campuses. With support for arts programs and community service initiatives, we expand opportunities for cultural enrichment and engagement throughout the region.

Today, the GTCC Foundation oversees more than 200 gift funds that provide critical financial support each year for scholarships, equipment, athletics, professional development, student travel, and more.
The foundation is governed by a volunteer board of directors made up of representatives from the college’s board of trustees and people from the community. The work of the board is accomplished through a number of standing and special committees.
The GTCC Foundation is proud to provide annual program support for student ambassadors.
The GTCC Student Ambassador program gives participants the opportunity to serve as representatives at institutional functions as well as recruitment, student, civic and cultural activities.
